Cancellation Policy

    This Cancellation Policy explains how orders and enrollments for our courses, cohorts, mentorship programs, workshops, and other services (collectively, "Programs") from Ritz7 Automations Private Limited ("Ritz7", "we", "us", or "our") may be cancelled. It should be read together with our Refund Policy.

    Cancellation by You

    Once payment is completed and access to a Program has been granted, enrollment cannot be cancelled for a refund, in line with our Refund Policy (all sales final).

    If you wish to cancel an order before access has been granted or before a live Program has commenced, please contact us as soon as possible at support@ritz7.ai.

    Such requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and any refund of pre-access cancellations remains at our discretion. Duplicate payments and technical billing errors are handled as described in our Refund Policy.

    Cancellation or Rescheduling by Ritz7

    We make every effort to run all Programs as scheduled. However, we reserve the right to reschedule, postpone, or cancel a cohort, workshop, or live session - for example, due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances.

    If Ritz7 cancels a Program in full and you are unable to attend a rescheduled date, we will offer you either:

    • A credit toward another Program of equivalent value, or
    • A refund of the amount paid for that Program.

    Any such refund will be processed to the original payment method within approximately 5-7 business days, subject to the timelines of your bank or payment provider.
