This Refund Policy applies to all courses, cohorts, mentorship and coaching programs, workshops, live sessions, digital content, and educational materials (collectively, "Programs") purchased from Ritz7 Automations Private Limited ("Ritz7", "we", "us", or "our") through https://ritz7.ai or our authorized payment channels.
All Sales Are Final
All sales of Programs are final. Ritz7 does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any Program once access has been granted or a purchase has been completed. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Online and offline courses
- Live cohorts
- Mentorship and coaching programs
- Workshops and live sessions
- Digital learning materials and resources
Because our Programs deliver immediate access to digital content and live instruction, we are unable to offer refunds once enrollment is complete. We strongly encourage you to review all Program details carefully - and to reach out with any questions - before making a purchase.

Exceptional Circumstances
In exceptional cases such as a duplicate payment or a technical billing error, please contact our support team at support@ritz7.ai within 48 hours of the transaction, with your payment reference details.
We will review the matter on a case-by-case basis. No guarantee of refund is implied. Where a refund is approved at our discretion, it will be processed to the original payment method within approximately 5-7 business days, subject to the timelines of your bank or payment provider.
