These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at https://ritz7.ai, along with our courses, cohorts, mentorship programs, workshops, digital content, community, and related services (collectively, the "Services") operated by Ritz7 Automations Private Limited ("Ritz7", "we", "us", or "our"), a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013 (CIN: U72900KA2021PTC155624), with its registered office at H. No. 52, Sanjeevi, Rajnagar South, Hubli, Dharwad, Karnataka, India, 580032.

    By accessing our website, enrolling in a program, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

    1. Eligibility

    You must be at least 18 years of age, or accessing the Services under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement to use the Services.

    2. The Services

    Ritz7 provides educational content and training in the areas of AI, no-code, and workflow automation. This includes online and offline courses, live cohorts, mentorship and coaching programs, workshops, live sessions, digital learning materials, and community access. The specific inclusions of any program are described on the relevant program or checkout page.

    3. Enrollment and Account

    When you enroll in a program or create an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, and to keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

    4. Payments and Pricing

    All fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise. Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes (including GST) unless expressly stated, and GST will be charged as applicable. Payments are processed through our third-party payment partner, Razorpay. By making a payment, you agree to the terms of the applicable payment processor. We reserve the right to revise pricing at any time, though changes will not affect programs you have already purchased.

    5. Refunds and Cancellations

    All purchases are subject to our Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy, which form part of these Terms. Please review them before making a purchase.

    6. Intellectual Property

    All content provided through the Services - including course materials, videos, templates, workflows, text, graphics, logos, and software - is the property of Ritz7 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the content for your own learning purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, resell, publicly share, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.

    7. Acceptable Use

    You agree not to misuse the Services, including by sharing your account or paid content with others, disrupting the community or sessions, engaging in unlawful activity, or attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems. We may suspend or terminate access for any breach of these Terms without refund.

While we are committed to delivering high-quality training, we do not guarantee any specific outcome, including any particular level of skill, employment, business result, income, or return on investment. Your results depend on your own effort, circumstances, and application of the material.

    The Services reference and may require the use of third-party tools and platforms (for example, no-code and AI tools). We are not responsible for the availability, pricing, performance, or terms of any third-party service, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.

    10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

    The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ritz7 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific program giving rise to the claim.

    We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for breach of these Terms. You may stop using the Services at any time. Provisions relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability survive termination.

    These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Dharwad (Hubli), Karnataka, India.
